1975 KENWORTH C500 with HOLMES 850 Wrecker
The chassis for the unit was ordered from PARAMOUNT KENWORTH in Winnipeg, MB and the wrecker from AIRTH AUTOMOTIVE in Vancouver, BC. The chassis was built at the Kenworth facility in Richmond, BC and driven to the HOLMES factory in Chattanooga, TN by GARRY and his father where the wrecker was factory installed before being returned to Winnipeg and put into service on Dec. 26, 1975. The unit took the title as the largest wrecker in Canada at that time. (Pictured with the unit prior to being decaled and branded is GARRY'S brother GLENN).
